An injection molding machine must sequentially perform three key steps: plasticizing, injection, and molding. These steps require coordinated operation from all parts. An injection molding machine completes a work cycle by following a series of orderly steps to produce plastic products. These steps include melting the plastic, injecting the melt into the mold cavity under high pressure and high speed, and ensuring the melt cools and solidifies under appropriate conditions.
The core task of the injection unit is to uniformly melt the plastic in various forms and precisely inject a specific amount of melt into the mold cavity under high pressure and high speed. After the melt fills the cavity, pressure must be continuously applied and maintained for a certain period to ensure the melt cools and solidifies under appropriate pressure.
The mold closing unit is mainly responsible for closing and locking the mold, ensuring that the mold can close securely during injection and completing the mold opening and ejection of the plastic part.
The hydraulic transmission system and electrical control system work together to provide power to the injection molding machine and implement precise control, ensuring that the injection molding machine operates efficiently and without error, strictly following the process flow, sequence of actions, and predetermined process parameters (such as pressure, temperature, and time).
