Before use, check the hydraulic oil level, oil pipe connections, and mold fixation to prevent oil leaks or mold loosening.
During operation, set the pressure value (e.g., 25MPa) through the control system. After starting the oil pump, gradually increase the hydraulic oil pressure. Once the pressure stabilizes, hold it for several seconds to complete molding, then release the pressure and remove the part.
For safety, a protective cover must be provided to prevent mold fragments from flying. Operators should wear protective gloves and goggles, and must not touch moving parts while the equipment is running. Regular maintenance, including changing the hydraulic oil, cleaning the filter, and checking the seals, can extend the equipment's service life and reduce the failure rate.
